You will need to attend both sessions in a training venue.
Blended
Part of this course will be in a training venue, and the other part will be online.

This course is delivered 100% online
MHFA also known as Standard Mental Health First Aid is the benchmark first aid course for mental health. It is ideal for the majority of workplaces or individuals who want a good understanding of all the common mental health issues, how to spot the signs and symptoms, how to approach a person to talk about their mental health issues and where to go for support and additional help. The course is a 12-hour face to face course.

The MHFA Refresher course is a 4 hour course which allows you to keep your accreditation for a further 3 years. You need to have completed and been accredited in a 12 or 14 hour Mental Health First Aid Course. As with all MHFA courses, the content is based on guidelines provided by expert consensus of mental health professionals and people who have a lived experience of mental health problems.
